Free Fair Digitalisation Course for the Agricultural Sector

Learn to use digital technology on the farm simply and safely while protecting your employment rights. A free online course for farmers and agricultural workers.

Free Fair Digitalisation Course for the Agricultural Sector

Digitalisation is rapidly reshaping farming: task-management apps, compulsory digital field logs, irrigation sensors, traceability platforms and other tools are gradually becoming part of everyday work on the land.

This transition is not always easy. Farmers and agricultural workers may face complex technologies, insufficient training and uncertainty about how digital tools affect their employment rights, privacy and working practices.

Through the AgroTech for Human Rightsproject, the Association wants this transition to be fair, accessible and beneficial to everyone who lives and works in rural areas.

That is why we have created a practical, straightforward and completely free online course.

What does the course include?

The course is designed so that anyone can learn step by step through clear, visual materials, regardless of their previous digital experience.

Its three concise modules cover:

What agricultural digitalisation is and how it can help you

A straightforward introduction to tools already used in farming, together with the benefits and risks of agricultural digitalisation.

Your employment rights in digital workplaces

Learn about rights to information, privacy, disconnection from work, training and the responsible use of workplace applications.

Good practice and useful everyday tools

Explore practical tools you can use now, how to choose those that genuinely help, and inspiring examples of digital cooperation from other countries.

Who is the course for?

Farmers, farmworkers, agricultural cooperatives, young people in rural areas, farm managers and anyone interested in using technology in a clear, safe way that respects labour rights.

No previous knowledge is required—only a willingness to learn step by step.

Why is this course important?

Digitalisation can create major opportunities for farming: saving time, improving sustainability, strengthening direct sales and making daily work easier.

But it will only be a real improvement if:

  • It leaves no one behind.

  • It respects people’s rights.

  • It puts technology at the service of farming, not the other way round.

With this course we want to contribute to a model of ethical and inclusive digital transformation adapted to rural realities in the Valencian Community.

Enrol and share the course

We invite you to enrol, try the course and share it with others in your community.
The more people understand their rights and learn to use technology safely, the stronger our agricultural sector will be.

Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate of completion.
